Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by flipprr — including ParcelPal, Frilpp, and ChaosBird — operated by OneFinexus Private Limited, a company registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Each product may have additional product-specific terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use any Flipprr product. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited. Accounts belonging to underage users will be immediately terminated.
- ParcelPal: Available to Indian citizens with a valid Indian bank account and government-issued identification. All users must complete mandatory KYC verification before transacting.
- Frilpp: Available globally. You must have the authority to act on behalf of any brand or creator profile you represent. Specific offers may have geographic eligibility requirements set by brands.
- ChaosBird: Available globally. No registration, identity, or personal information required.
3. Accounts and security
Where accounts are required (ParcelPal and Frilpp), you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
ChaosBird does not require accounts. Usernames are pseudonymous and disposable. If you set an optional password, you are responsible for keeping it secure.
4. ParcelPal — Marketplace terms
4.1 Nature of service
ParcelPal operates as an intermediary marketplace under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We connect buyers in India with travelers making international trips. The Company does not buy, sell, ship, store, inspect, or handle any goods. Travelers are independent individuals, not employees or agents of the Company.
4.2 KYC verification
All users must complete two-step KYC verification (government-issued ID + passport for travelers) before transacting. A one-time, non-refundable verification fee of ₹50 is charged. The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts that fail KYC verification or appear on anti-money laundering watchlists.
4.3 Anti-hawala and fair pricing
All transactions must represent bona fide purchases of physical goods. The Company enforces the following:
- Fair market value validation against global pricing APIs. Listings with price deviations exceeding 25% from market average are blocked.
- Prohibited activities: listing cash or currency, off-platform settlements, artificially inflated pricing, commercial quantities (2+ units of the same electronic item).
- The Company maintains a legal obligation to report suspicious transaction patterns to FIU-IND under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
4.4 Customs and prohibited items
The traveler is the importer of record and is responsible for compliance with Indian customs regulations. Buyers acknowledge their responsibility for any applicable customs duties. The following items are prohibited on ParcelPal:
- Gold, silver, precious stones, and jewelry
- Alcohol, tobacco products, and narcotics
- Drones, satellite phones, and restricted electronics
- Currency exceeding $5,000 USD equivalent
- Commercial quantities of any item
- Any item prohibited under Indian customs, FSSAI, or DGCA regulations
4.5 Connection fees and payment
ParcelPal charges a one-time, non-refundable connection fee per order, paid by both the buyer and the traveler. This fee covers platform operations, identity verification infrastructure, dispute resolution, and secure messaging. The platform does not take commission on product prices. Product payment is settled directly between buyer and traveler.
4.6 Dispute resolution
Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the expected delivery date through the in-app dispute system. Both parties may submit evidence including screenshots, photos, and chat history. The Company's determination is final and binding. Claims raised after the 7-day window may be dismissed. Resolutions may include connection fee refunds, account warnings, or suspension.
5. Frilpp — Collaboration terms
5.1 Nature of service
Frilpp facilitates product marketing collaborations between brands and creators. The Company is not a party to any agreement between brands and creators. We facilitate matching, tracking, and communication — not the agreement itself.
5.2 Offers and deliverables
Brands publish offers that define product details, content requirements, deadlines, and usage rights. By claiming an offer, creators agree to deliver the specified content by the stated deadline. Each campaign generates a unique campaign code that must be included in the content caption for automated verification.
5.3 Fulfillment
When a creator claims an offer, the platform automatically creates a fulfillment order through the brand's connected e-commerce account. Brands are responsible for providing products to creators and for any applicable taxes or compliance requirements. The Company does not handle logistics or product handoff.
5.4 Content ownership and rights
Creators retain full ownership of all content they create. Brands receive usage rights only as specified in the offer terms and only after the creator explicitly grants consent. Brands may not reuse creator content outside the scope agreed upon in the offer. If usage rights are not explicitly granted, brands may not reuse creator content beyond the original campaign.
5.5 Strike system
Creators who fail to deliver agreed content are subject to a strike system. Two strikes within a rolling period result in a 30-day platform cooldown. Three or more strikes may result in a permanent ban. Strikes are applied automatically when deliverable verification fails after the deadline.
5.6 Subscription and fees
Frilpp offers subscription plans with monthly billing. Plans may be cancelled at any time. No credit card is required to start. Pricing varies by region and plan tier. Current pricing is available at frilpp.com/pricing.
6. ChaosBird — Messaging terms
6.1 Nature of service
ChaosBird is an anonymous messaging platform. No account creation, identity verification, or personal information is required to use the service. Usernames are pseudonymous and self-chosen. The Company has no mechanism to identify users in the real world.
6.2 User conduct
Anonymity is not a license for abuse. You are responsible for your own conduct on ChaosBird. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:
- Spam, automated abuse, or excessive message volume
- Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of other users
- Distribution of illegal content
- Attempts to deanonymize other users
- Any activity that violates applicable law
6.3 Data practices
ChaosBird stores only the minimum data required: message content, sender username, and timestamps. File attachments are automatically deleted after 7 days. The Company does not collect email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, device fingerprints, geolocation data, or browsing behavior. There is no account deletion feature because accounts are pseudonymous and disposable by design — nothing traces back to a real-world identity.
6.4 AI processing
ChaosBird uses on-platform AI for message categorization, sentiment analysis, and content generation features. All AI processing occurs within the same infrastructure that hosts the platform. No data is sent to external AI providers. User data never leaves the platform's infrastructure for AI purposes.
6.5 Enterprise and developer features
ChaosBird offers paid tiers (Pro, Business, Enterprise) with additional features including REST APIs, webhooks, embed widgets, organization management, and AI-powered analytics. These features are subject to usage limits specified in each plan. Enterprise customers may have separate service-level agreements.
6.6 Subscription payments
Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment partner. The Company does not store credit card information. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through account settings.
7. Acceptable use
Across all products, you agree not to:
- Use any product for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
- Manipulate performance metrics, ratings, or verification systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of any product
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our products
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
8. Third-party services
Our products integrate with third-party services (payment processors, social media platforms, e-commerce platforms, cloud infrastructure providers). Your use of these integrations is also governed by the respective third-party terms of service. The Company is not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.
9. Intellectual property
All Flipprr product names, logos, designs, and content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of OneFinexus Private Limited. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
On Frilpp, creators retain full ownership of content they create. On ChaosBird, messages are owned by their respective authors. The Company claims no ownership over user-generated content.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any product at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, to protect the safety of other users, to comply with legal requirements, or to protect the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the affected product ceases immediately.
11. Disclaimers
All products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
ParcelPal specifically: The Company is a marketplace intermediary only. We are not liable for the quality, authenticity, legality, safety, or fitness of any goods transacted on the platform. We are not liable for customs seizure, theft, loss, damage, delays, or user conduct. We do not provide insurance on goods. Users transact at their own risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products is limited to the fees you have paid to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
For ParcelPal, the Company's total liability per transaction is capped at the connection fee collected for that specific transaction.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneFinexus Private Limited, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. The Company will attempt to resolve disputes through internal resolution mechanisms before pursuing legal action.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through our products or via email where applicable. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
