CollectEye
CollectEye is an agentic collections system. An AI agent prepares each collector's day and proposes the next step on every case. Fixed code checks your contact rules before anything is sent, and a person approves.
Prepare the day
Prepare my day sends an AI agent through each collector's most urgent customers. For each one it reads the accounts, payment history, messages and past promises, and proposes an action with a sentence of reason and the facts behind it.
- Fixed rules check each proposal before it is applied.
- Messages it prepares use your approved templates.
- The priority list is ordered by fixed rules: days overdue, credit risk, the share overdue, the amount, and a chance of payment worked out in code.
- The AI adds a short reason to each position. Any figure in it is filled in from the records, not written by the AI.
- If AI is off or cannot be reached, the same steps run on fixed rules and are marked Rules.
Messages and the wording check
Collectors contact customers by text message, WhatsApp and email. Phone calls are made by the collector and logged on the case.
- Drafts come from your approved, versioned templates. AI drafts prepared overnight can be switched on.
- Check wording sends a draft to the AI, which rates its risk, gives up to four reasons and offers safer wording.
- Fixed wording rules run on every message. A threat of arrest or police blocks it.
- Messages go only to the contact details on file.
- Replies that ask to stop, dispute the debt or complain are recognised and pause the case for a person.
Your contact rules, checked on every message
Every outgoing message passes a policy check written in fixed code. The AI cannot change it.
- Contact hours, in the customer's own time zone.
- Limits on contacts per day and per week, which can differ by arrears stage.
- Consent for each channel, opt-outs, do-not-call and cease-and-desist requests.
- Cases paused for a dispute, a complaint, financial difficulty or a hold.
- Messages to vulnerable customers are sent by a person.
- By default a person approves each message before it is sent. You can let chosen channels and arrears stages send without approval. The policy check still runs.
Promises, payment plans and settlements
Collectors record promises to pay, and offer payment plans with instalments and settlements. A customer in financial difficulty is handled as a case of its own.
- The longest plan and the lowest settlement share are enforced in code. A strategy can only narrow them.
- Offers beyond your limits go to a supervisor for approval.
- Payments received are matched to promises, so each promise shows what is paid and what remains. A missed promise creates a follow-up task.
- Legal escalation can be blocked until a financial difficulty case has been assessed.
- Agreed plans and settlements pass to your systems by API, file export or signed webhook. Your systems collect the money. CollectEye never takes it.
Self-service for customers
A collector can send a customer a secure link to a self-service page. The customer confirms who they are with a detail you hold, such as a postal code or the last digits of their phone number.
- See what is overdue.
- Choose a payment plan from the options your policy allows.
- Accept or decline an offer from a collector.
- Report financial difficulty, which pauses contact, and upload documents.
- Pay on your own payment page.
- Every step is recorded on the case. Repeated failed checks lock the link for a while.
A collection strategy you set and test
Managers decide how each account is worked: which customer group it is in, the contact plan for that group at each arrears stage, the offers it may be made and the team that works it.
- Groups are set by rules on days overdue, amount, risk score, product, customer type, open promises, disputes and more.
- Try a change against today's accounts and see how many accounts would move, before anything changes.
- Test a challenger plan on 1 to 50 per cent of a group, and compare the results.
- Every version is approved by a second manager. Whoever drafted it cannot approve it.
- Protections for disputes, complaints, financial difficulty and vulnerable customers sit above any strategy.
Supervisors and managers
Supervisors and managers see the whole book and the work of each collector.
- A portfolio view of the book.
- A team briefing whose recommendations open as actions, checked again before they run.
- Patterns across the book, grouped as financial, behavioural and non-financial.
- An AI coaching note for each collector, drawn from their last four weeks. Figures in it come from the records.
- Early warning of customers likely to fall behind, worked out by fixed rules.
- An approvals queue for messages, plans and settlements.
Every case on record
Every proposal, policy check, message and decision is recorded on the case.
- An audit log, and a record of every decision an AI agent made.
- Every sent message is reviewed afterwards for threats, shaming, pressure, misleading statements and disclosure to third parties, and flagged for a person.
- An evidence pack for any case in one click: the rules applied, consent and opt-outs, messages and the checks on them, agent decisions, agreements and the audit log.
- Each AI result is marked AI. Results from fixed rules are marked Rules. Chance-of-payment estimates are worked out in code.
- Records of AI runs are kept for a period you set.
Roles and AI settings
- Three roles: administrator, supervisor and collector.
- A supervisor can view a collector's screens without acting as them.
- AI can be switched off entirely. Every feature then runs on fixed rules.
Your data
- Customers, accounts and payments load from CSV or Excel files, or are pushed through an API.
- Each file is previewed before it is loaded.
- Loans to individuals and to businesses.
- CollectEye does not change your records. Changes go back to your systems as instructions.
Where CollectEye sits
- CollectEye covers collections, from the first missed payment until the case is closed.
- Your core banking or loan management system stays the record of the loan and collects the money.
- CollectEye runs in your cloud, in your data centre, or hosted by flipprr.
